Regional Route Sp. z o.o. is a Polish limited liability company registered in Krakow, Poland, operating since 2011. We specialize in regional courier services and logistics solutions across southern Poland, covering Malopolska, Silesia and Subcarpathia. Our fleet of 34 vehicles and team of over 60 qualified couriers serves businesses and private customers across more than 180 locations.

All shipments accepted by Regional Route Sp. z o.o. are covered by our standard carrier liability from the moment of collection to delivery confirmation. Every shipment receives a unique tracking number communicated to the sender by SMS and email at the time of collection.
Same-day delivery orders placed before 11:00 AM are collected and delivered within the same business day. Standard parcels are delivered within 1–3 business days for regional destinations and 3–5 business days for more remote areas. Freight and pallet shipments follow individually agreed schedules confirmed in writing.

Regional Route Sp. z o.o. is committed to reducing the environmental impact of our logistics operations. We operate four electric vehicles in the Krakow metropolitan area and have committed to electrifying 40% of our urban fleet by 2026. Route optimization software reduces empty mileage and consolidates shipments to minimize vehicle movements.
We use eco-friendly packaging materials in our depot operations and partner with recycling providers for all cardboard, plastic and pallet waste. We track and report our Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions annually and have set a target of 30% reduction by 2027 relative to our 2022 baseline.
Regional Route Sp. z o.o. operates according to the principles of fair trade and ethical business conduct. We do not discriminate against customers or subcontractors on the basis of age, gender, religion, nationality or any other personal characteristic. All employees are paid in accordance with Polish collective labour agreements and applicable minimum wage regulations. We require equivalent standards from all subcontractors engaged in our delivery network.
